We create projects according to your vision. We have been designing for 30 years and are a long-established team of designers who have worked together for 15 years. The company employs 4 specialists focused on building technical systems.
We offer project documentation prepared in BIM-3D using AUTODESK REVIT. Revit is an architectural application based on change coordination using Parametric Building Modeler technology.
Data related to the building model can be used from the initial conceptual design, through construction, to building management by the owner or tenant. This central database is designed for easy collaboration with other specialized applications. This concept is called "Building Information Modeling" (BIM).
We have experience designing building services for small buildings (family and apartment houses), large sports complexes, industrial facilities, and healthcare buildings.
We handle all documentation for the following trades:

Air Conditioning System Supplies
We have been providing and installing air conditioning and ventilation systems since the founding of our company. Over this time, we have gained extensive experience and can handle solutions for any challenge in this area. We are capable of installing small ventilation for sanitary facilities, large-scale air conditioning systems with 300 indoor units, as well as technically complex equipment for cooling engine test chambers, including cooling of supplied fuel, intake air to the engine, and more. Air Conditioning Service
Our company provides 24-hour service for air conditioning equipment. Our service technicians are trained to service all types of air conditioning systems, from small SPLIT units to extensive VRV systems. We perform regular maintenance and servicing of units and systems from many world-renowned manufacturers of cooling equipment, such as:

Inspection of Air Conditioning Systems
We carry out mandatory inspections of refrigerant leaks, including maintaining a refrigerant logbook. Operators are required to ensure regular tightness checks by certified personnel. - Applications containing at least the equivalent of 5.0t CO2 must be inspected every 12 months, or every 24 months if leak detection is installed. - Applications containing at least 30 kg of fluorinated greenhouse gases must be checked at least once every six months. - Applications containing at least 300 kg of fluorinated greenhouse gases must be checked at least once every three months. In case of a leak, a tightness check must be performed within one month after repair to ensure the effectiveness of the fix. Inspections of devices with F-gases must be carried out by persons with qualifications defined by Act No. 73/2012 Coll. Operators must keep and store a “Device Logbook” recording inspections, quantities of extracted or refilled refrigerant, information on faults and leaks, their causes, repairs, and other related details. The entire matter is extensive and governed by numerous European Commission regulations and Czech legal provisions. Our company and staff hold certificates issued by the Ministry of the Environment and provide comprehensive services to operators of these devices in compliance with applicable laws.
